Stainless Cutlery
Stainless cutlery is easy to clean. Using just warm water
and some mild cleanser, any knives can be quickly and effectively made
to look like new.
• Fill it up – Turn on the warm water and fill up the sink
about a quarter-full.
• Add cleanser –Stainless cutlery is best cleaned using
just a mild dish soap. Baking soda can be used sparingly to clean carbon
steel knives.
• Keep it low – To prevent being accidently cut keep the
water level low when washing knives.
• Rinse off the food – Use a rag or nylon-backed sponge
to remove any food stuck on the blade.
• Rinse and dry – Rinse your stainless cutlery with clean
water. This will help to make sure that there is no leftover soap when
it is stored away. To avoid water spots, dry immediately with a kitchen
towel.
